Come check out Loveland's Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival and enjoy free live entertainment, street dance, great food, a corn shucking contest and an all around good time!

Returning this year to kick off the festival right, performing on Friday is That Eighties Band. Saturday there are performances by the Loveland High School band in the morning followed by some of the best ameteur talent in loveland with the Loveland's Got Talent Finals! Be sure to watch the newest up and coming talent stars perform on stage.

Saturday afternoon features a smoother soulful side of music complimenting the upbeat 80s tribute from the night before. Saturday includes artists Branden Snipes playing acoustic guitar, Plumb Loco with a strong oldies and folk influence, and concluding with Doc Brown's Blues Band with soulful and emotional blues.

The 2009 Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival has a great entertainment line up exhibiting some of the best local talent you can find. But music is only one part of everything there is to do this weekend at Fairgrounds Park.

Activities include a corn shucking competition, with teams heading off to see who can shuck the most corn, a corn eating contest, talent competition finals, a parade, and many more activities and vendors to keep you entertained.
